Getting access
Blizzard selects players who opt in. The Skyborne Epic Pack and Warcraft Forever Collection also include beta access; opting in alone does not guarantee an invitation.
Install the correct client
- Open the updated Battle.net desktop app and select World of Warcraft.
- In Game Version, look under In Development for World of Warcraft: Forever Beta.
- Install, then play using an available test realm.
Eligible purchases may take up to 30 minutes to appear; Blizzard also suggests restarting the launcher.
Announced test content
The opening cap is level 20, with level 30 planned later. First-week content includes Skyborne, Zephras Isle, Hall of Thanes (13–18), Ruins of Lordaeron (15–20), and zones through level 20.
October 21 is listed as the final full testing day. A Server Slam is planned, with details to follow.
